Postponement, Cancellation, and Refunds: COVID-19 Update

As the global effect of coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to evolve, we are closely monitoring the situation in our local communities to determine whether our summer camps may proceed as scheduled this year. As of writing, we have not yet cancelled our camps yet and we will make a determination in early May if our Chinese Folk Arts Summer Camp will proceed, be postponed, or be cancelled.

We understand that families will have to make important decisions in the coming weeks or even months to stay safe, healthy, and financially secure. Please review the following adjustments we have made to respond to the current situation:

  1. Planning for the postponement of our summer camps
Depending on local, state, and federal guidelines in early May, we will make a decision to either postpone or cancel our summer camps. If postponed, we will transfer your registration to the new dates without any action needed on your part. Families may also choose to cancel their registration for a full refund by emailing us prior to the first day of camp.

  2. Planning for the cancellation of our summer camps
If we must make the decision to cancel our camps for this summer, we will automatically provide full refunds for all camper registrations. We will send you an email to let you know when the refund has been processed. Please allow 10-15 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

  3. Revising our summer camp cancellation and refund policies
Families may request to cancel their current registration by emailing us at info@wceo.org. All cancellations for 2020 summer camp sessions are eligible for a full refund. If camp is postponed, the cancellation request must be received before the first day of camp.

Due to the high volume of requests, please allow up to 72 hours for our staff to process your refund.

We extend our sincere thanks for your ongoing support, flexibility, and patience during this challenging time. We wish you good health and safety in the days and weeks ahead and we look forward to serving you in our community again soon.

Warm regards,
Your friends at Wisdom
