We’re seeking volunteers to participate in a photoshoot to provide promotional images for our summer camp programs.

Middle-school students (Grades 6-7-8)
High School juniors and seniors
College (all years and recent grads)
Details
Date and time: Sunday, February 6 at 11:00 am for approximately one hour
Location: Central Park Performance Pavilion in Fremont, CA (Google Maps)
Refreshments and snacks will be provided.
Please refrain from wearing apparel with large graphics or designs and do not wear any old t-shirts or camp uniforms from Wisdom.
COVID-19 Safety
The photoshoot will take place outdoors.
All participants must be fully vaccinated.
Please wear a face covering at all times.

All participants will need to print and complete this Media Release Form. A parent or legal guardian must complete the form for participants under the age of 18. Please bring the completed form to the event.
