If you have chosen to pick up your materials from our office in Fremont, please follow these instructions to help us create an efficient and safe pick up process. There have been a few delays in receiving materials due to COVID-19. Pick-up for summer experience materials will now occur from June 20 to June 22.

We want to make sure you feel safe while picking up your Summer Experience Kit. To do this, we are limiting the number of people allowed to visit during each day and time.

Confirmation 20-CC-ONLINE-F6V9999

The last seven digits of your confirmation or order number are needed “F6V9999”

1. Before you leave your house, please have your confirmation information ready for when you arrive. We will need your child’s full name and the last 7 digits of your confirmation or order number. You may print your confirmation email, write the information down on a piece of paper, or have the information ready on your mobile device.

2. Please enter our parking lot from Industrial Drive, NOT S. Grimmer Blvd. To keep an orderly flow of traffic, please enter our parking lot from Industrial Drive and exit via S. Grimmer Blvd. Please follow all posted signs and instructions from volunteers who are managing traffic.

3. Park in the designated space and remain in your vehicle. Our volunteers will come to your car. Please provide your child’s full name and the last 7 digits of your confirmation number to our volunteers. You can give us your printed confirmation page if that’s easier.

4. Tell us where to put your materials. Our volunteers can place the materials in your trunk or the rear seats of your car if you wish to minimize physical contact.
